Growing up on a farm, movement and physical activity were a natural part of life. From working and playing with animals to climbing trees, I was always on the go—and fascinated by how bodies work. That curiosity eventually led me to study Sports and Remedial Massage Therapy in 1999, and I’ve been helping people feel and move better ever since. My career has taken me from clinic rooms to the world stage, working with elite athletes at major events including the Olympics, where I learned that performance—at any level—starts with self-care.

While much of my background is in sport, my approach is grounded in empathy, listening, and supporting each individual—whether you're an Olympian or simply navigating everyday life.  I take a global, intuitive approach to treatment, blending different methods to meet the needs of the moment.

In 2023, I completed certification in Massage Classique, allowing me to work within the Swiss complementary insurance system.
